APPETIZERS
Shrimp Cocktail - A classic, 4 large shrimp served with cocktail sauce.
Tuna-tini - Sashimi tuna served in a martini glass carefully topped with crème frâche, truffle oil, seasonings.
Bubbling Gouda - Smoked Gouda, bacon and onion served hot with a warm baguette.
Parmesan Pesto - A rich blend of Italian cheese with basil, garlic and oil served with warm Italian bread.
Stuffed Mushrooms - Mushrooms stuffed with chevre, spinach, and chorizo sausage.
Florentine Dip - A classic spinach and artichoke drip with 4 chesses. Served hot with homemade tortilla wedges.
Baked Brie - Brie in puff pastry served with cranberry compote and apple cider reduction sauce.

SALADS
Caesar - Crisp Romaine, parmesan toast spears, and fresh grated parmesan with classic creamy Caesar dressing. Add chicken or shrimp.
California Cobb - Mixed grees, tomatoes, hard boiled egg, avacado, bacon, Gorgonzola cheese and grilled chicken served with classic Cobb vinaigrette.
Baby Spinach - Baby spinach, tomatoes, red onions, gorgonzola, and Mandarin oranges, topped with homemade rasberry vinaigrette.
Appleicious - Appls and gorgonzola cheese, spicy candied walnuts. Mixed greens and rasberry vinaigrette.
Warm Spinach Pecan Salad - Maple & shallot dressing, bacon, mushrooms & topped with mini blue crubmles.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Fresh chicken breast on a crusty cibatta, provolone, onion, lettuce and tomato. Ric's favorite with spicy aoili.
Chicken Salad Wrap - Fresh chicken salad mixed with cranberries and walnuts, lettuce and tomato.
Greek Shrimp Wrap - Shrimp grilled in our house Greek dressing with romaine lettuce, artichoke hearts, Kalmata olives, red onion, feta cheese in a sun dried tomato tortilla.
Thanks Panini - Smoked turkey, sweet onion, butternut squash, cranberry chutney and Provolone.
Oh Reuben - Black pastrami, sauerkraut, and homemade Thousand Island dressing in pumpernickel panini bread.
Hot Roast Beef Open Face - Roast beef on white panini topped with caramelized mushrooms, onions, cheese ad mushroom jus.
Veggie Delight - Pumpernickel panini stuffed with spinach, fresh basil, roasted peppers, sweet onion, fresh homemade mozzarella and spicy aioli.

White Wine Cheese Plate - Bucheron (France), Cranberry Wensleydale (England), Brie (France), Robiola (Italy). Served with assorted nuts and a fruit spread.
Red Wine Cheese Plate - Manchego (Spain), Miti Blue (Australia), Smoked Gouda (Holland), X-Sharp Cheddar (Vermont). Served with assorted olives & nuts.
Lamb Lollipops - Two marinated lollipops of lamb finished with a port wine reduction.
Grilled Swordfish - Grilled to perfection and topped with an artichoke heart and caper spread. Finished with a light lemon sauce.
Stuffed Veal - A slice of tedner veal stuffed with proscitto, ricotta cheese and spinach, topped with mushroom Marsala sauce.
Burgundy Beef KaBobs - Tenderloin tips marinated in burgundy and thyme, grilled and served with tomatoes and onions. Served by the kabob.
Marina's Souvalaki - Chicken marinated in the traditional Greek style of dry spice rub and onions. Served on the skewer with tomatoes & onions.
Six Cheese Ravioli - Served in broth with pine nuts, truffle oil, basil and tomatoes.
Chicken & Spinach Cannelloni - Baked and topped with parmesan & ala creme sauce.
Roman Brushetta - Our own blend with tomatoes, basil, onion and cheese served on Ciabatta.
ENTREES
Shrimp Scampi - Five large shrimp sautéed in a light scampi sauce with tomatoes. Served over angel hair pasta.
Lamb Lollypops - 1/2 rack of lamb with a Dijon crumb coating, finished with a port wine reduction. Served with potatoes and a vegetable.
Six Cheese Ravioli - Wite cream and brie sauce sautéed mushrooms and onions, served over raviolis stuffed with a six cheese blend. Served with parmesan toast.
Penne Rose´ - Rose marinara sauce served over penne pasta topped with gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes and served with sauté French beans.
Sesame Seed Encrusted Pan Seared Tuna - "Sushi grade" tuna slightly seared and served with wasabi cream sauce, risotto and vegetable.
Pan Seared Salmon - Just like our Filet Mignon our salmon is always carefully prepared, pan seared and cooked to order. Ask your server what our kitchen has paired with our salmon today.
Petite Filet Mignon - Served to your order, our Filet is always thoughtfully prepared, ask your server how we have prepared it today.
Monthly Entrée Special - Ask your server what our special is this month. Our entrée has been espcially prepared for this month and paired with wine for added dining pleasure.
