Shipping Policy

Our shipping rate quotes are based on UPS rates. We reserve the right to send your non-wine order through USPS or FedEx.

Note: As required by New Hampshire law, a person 21 years of age or older must be present and show proper identification to accept delivery of alcoholic beverages. Wine Thyme and UPS will not deliver to any person who does not show proof of age identification. Wine Thyme strictly follows the law that prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors.

If the person 21 years of age or older is not present at the time of a scheduled delivery, the items will be returned to Wine Thyme and a second delivery charge will be assessed. If you receive free delivery, a $5 fee will be assessed.

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Regular ground service with UPS and USPS will take from 1 to 4 business days to reach addresses east of the Mississippi. Orders destined for addresses in the Western U.S. will take 5 to 8 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available by request.

Pick-Up Service

The Wine Thyme offers convenient call ahead, pick-up service. Simply call us at 603-569 –WINE-9463 (WINE) at our Wolfeboro Store or 603 356-VINE 8493 at our North Conway Store, tell us what you need and we gladly will get it ready for you. Please try to call in your order at least one hour before you pick up.

Delivery Service is available on orders placed through our online store.

Because of wine's sensitivity to temperature variances, we may hold your wine in periods of extreme heat or cold. In these cases, we would notify you immediately of any delay in shipping.

We are happy to ship non-wine items, including gift baskets, food, cheese and gifts to all 50 states and international address. Wine shipments are regulated and limited.
