Return Policy
All non-food products purchased from Wine Thyme LLC can be returned within 15 days of the date of purchase. RETURNS MUST BE IN UNUSED CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL BOXING AND PAPERWORK. FOOD ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Exchange or credit on items in NEW and ORIGINAL condition for the full amount less shipping costs. Unfortunately food items cannot be returned. We strive to keep our customers satisfied, If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection, please call or email us so that we might have the opportunity to remedy.
If you feel that wine you purchased from Wine Thyme is defective, corked or spoiled, we will provide you with a refund or credit of the net price of the wine and any paid sales tax, if accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Please write your name, phone number and address on the receipt for verification. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Refunds will be made by crediting the original payment method.
In order for Wine thyme to provide a full refund or credit, we must have the wine returned to us; we can not take back empty bottles of wine. To return wine to us, please put the cork back tightly in the bottle to prevent leakage during shipment. Once we have received the bottle with the contents still inside, we will then issue a refund or store credit. Please note any shipping charges incurred for sending wine back to us is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Wine Thyme.
